A little more about me…A few years ago I decided that I had to scratch the entrepreneurial itch. I quit my job as a tech start-up recruiter and went all in as an online coach. Along with my hubby, we created a global coaching brand, travelled the world as digital nomads with our two kids and in 3 years, grew a multi-million dollar business. It took a lot of trial and error, trying out new strategies and of course daily discipline to get this far so quickly. But after some time, the hustle got tiring. I was frustrated with my lack of progress, feeling caged by my own limiting beliefs. I didn’t want to just create another J-O-B, I desired to experience freedom.
In search of freedom, I turned to the inner work and found modalities like astrology, hypnotherapy, meditation and journaling to find ME again. I discovered ways to re-shape my reality and unlock my hidden strengths - as I became my true, unapologetic self, I rapidly grew my business to 7 figures with ease. Now I incorporate these teachings into my coaching philosophy. I blend energetics with proven business principles to create massive growth for my clients. I’m a top-rated Forbes business coach and LOVE every single day in my business and life. Ready to dive in? Then start bingeing!

Hello guys. Welcome to a new episode of the Flow State Business Podcast. I am your host, Ruby. And you know, I've been really spending all of this year documenting my journey, creating passive low ticket offers and dedicating my entire business and all of my platforms to sharing like the ups and the downs of it.
And I really hope that it has resonated with you this year. And I can actually tell it has. Like I, I don't even need to hope. I know that it is because I can see all of the statistics and the downloads and the interactions with the podcast and Instagram and YouTube. So thank you so much for just always tuning in and, you know, whatever you're doing to either share or like, or send me a dm.
It means the absolute world. You wouldn't believe it. If you're on the podcast, I would love to ask you to please leave a five star review, even if like. One episode has changed the way that you've thought about your business and something has given you a light bulb moment. It makes a huge difference to getting this podcast out there and bringing more attention into this podcast because I know that there's so many out there that just, oh, do your head in.
I want this one to be about keeping it real, and I know you guys love it because I try and keep it as real as possible. So anyway, with that being said. It always, I, I will be honest here, like here, here is the honest part. I always feel so awkward even asking for that. Like, so I'm seven years into my business journey, six years being a podcast host, and I still feel really fucking awkward asking for a review.
So there it is. I'm not gonna say anything more there. I, but I'm happy that you're here now. This episode's gonna be kind of more like a, Hey, I've had this idea and it's hit me. I don't have it fully formed yet, but I think that this is gonna become something, and I think these episodes are the best because it feels like I'm just chatting to a girlfriend or a business bestie and sharing some of my rambly thoughts, which often turn into literally my next million dollar idea.
I have this feeling in my sacral, in my gut that this is a new chapter for me, that this is opening up yet another passive income door, and I'm excited to sit down on the microphone today and share it with you. I'm so. I'm just in a really fulfilled space in my business. 2025 has been the fulfilled year.
I felt better in my body. I felt better energetically. I felt so strong spiritually and just everything. It's been just a very awesome, awesome year. And I'm gonna just bask in this a little bit more because what this has also done essentially is helped me just become more of me. Same with all of you. The more you are in your own light, and the more that you are comfortable in your own skin as an entrepreneur, the more you impact and the more magnetic you become.
And when you do that, you impact so many more people, right? Because you are in your absolute alignment. And I just wanna share these parts of my life and these parts of my business where I feel more and more in alignment. So that. That becomes a bigger deal, you know, for everyone out there and it's just such a knock on effect.
So I hope that makes sense. Now to the main topic here. A couple of episodes ago, I recorded an episode called How I created a course in one day. If you haven't listened to that, that's sort of a quasi part one to this. So definitely go and have a listen. I'll link it in the show notes below. If you can't be bothered clicking back and trying to find it.
So that's there. Now. In that episode, it was really me documenting a bit of a test I wanted to create for the first time. The first time you guys, I've been in business for seven years in the online coaching and mentoring space, and I have never created a low ticket course. Where I have fully sat down and prerecorded it.
I know that is so weird to some, because that's maybe how you've wanted or you have created your businesses and if you are new to me or somewhat new, for the last six years, my entire business revenue and we've made $4 million now in revenue, has come from high ticket. Masterminds courses, VIP days and one-to-ones.
I have done courses before. Of course, I've done heaps of courses, so don't get me wrong, but all of my courses have been delivered live, and that means I didn't have any prerecorded modules. I literally said, Hey, course date starts on the 7th of September. Show up to the live Zoom calls. I'm gonna record the course live and.
It will sit in a portal and you can go watch it whenever you want. So that was sort of more my style. So switching lanes in 2025 into dedicating more time into passive income growth and. Growing my digital product arm to my business, it really felt like this was time. Now, you know, I'm now eight months into the digital product world and I have spent the first eight months of this year developing high value, low ticket PDF resources, and some of them are like 26 pages long.
Others are 10,000 words long. I even made an audiobook for one of my last eBooks that I made, which was low ticket millions, and it's been. So much fun and I think this is why there's this like lighthearted fun energy behind everything that I've created this year. I followed this inkling and I followed this sort of golden thread of try this out, see how it goes.
And you know, one idea kind of turned into more momentum and then it turned into more income streams, and it's given me this confidence to keep building fast. So anyhow, I'm at the beach today. It's Father's Day, by the way. We had an amazing weekend and we've just had gorgeous, brilliant weather. So I'm sitting at the beach and we're having swims and all that.
And whenever I'm in the ocean and I just feel like, oh, so cleansed by the salt water, and by the way, I believe today is the full moon. It's the 7th of September. So anyhow, it just felt like very powerful to be in the ocean water. Today I've come out, the boys are swimming, and I had to just take out good old fashioned pen and paper.
I always have a pen and paper in my beach bag. I'm scribbling down my goals for the next six months and I'm like, you know what? By March, 2026, this is what I wanna do. I wanna have a, obviously, like a, a bigger impact. I wanna have more people. Actually, let me go grab it. Hang on. Intentions for 2025, September, 2025 through to March, 2026.
So, can you hear this? That's my notepad. Okay. I operate from a place of full clarity and focus. So for the next six months, I mean, you might kind of be hearing that going well, like no da Of course you wanna operate from clarity and focus, but I, I very rarely write this down 'cause I'm a very, uh, follow the exciting lights type of person.
So I want more clarity and more focus. I also intend to be very well known as a personal brand for simplified flow-based digital products that are low cost. High revenue. So I am trusted and I stay true to who I am. Next one, my energy is magnetic and abundant, and all that I am is purely led through energetic alignment.
I am a powerful manifesting queen, and everything that I ask for comes to be a reality fast. I see results instantly. And lastly, I am deciding to create six. Low ticket digital courses, which will increase my revenue by a minimum of half a million dollars by next year. So this is really where I wanna discuss, because two weeks ago I tested a course in a day.
Basically what I did was I made a course in four hours. Then I spent another four hours the next day editing it, putting it up into some sort of beautiful marketing bundle and selling it. And since then, this course in a day, this mini course has made $10,000 in revenue. This is so exciting to me. And the reason why I feel so excited by it's not just the revenue is amazing and there is huge profitability behind this, but I feel like I finally.
Leaned into creating short, super focused courses and how that decision is playing out is really, really interesting. Seeing me write that, like I wanna do six more of these between now and March, 2026. So, fun fact, the course that I created two weeks ago, which has you guys have loved, is called Cash Creator.
Basically, how to create your first ever digital product. Now what came from that? Because I said, guys, I made this whole course in four hours. A lot of my audience were like, how the hell? Or as the kids say these days, how the hell did you create a course in four hours? So I'll tell you how the hellie, I made the course in four hours.
Inside of another course, it's, this is so meta you guys, so if right now you go down to the show notes, you will see that there is a link there called course in a day. And this takes you through, like all the modules are just like what equipment I use, how I come up with my ideas. How do I use my scripts?
Do I use scripts? How do I stay on track? What is my timing like? Things like that. It's very, very technical and very much like rubes. Show me the step by step on how you make a low ticket digital course, not to be mistaken with cash creator, which is about the entire digital product. Arm of your business and how you set that up.
This is way more specific than that, right? So it's so exciting and you know, like I just really just wanna bring it back now to this idea of I'm two courses deep into my sixth goal journey. I've got four more courses to make between now and March, and I already have like the best ideas. The ideas aren't just like me sitting there trying to like.
You know, flick my pen going, oh, come on, universe. Like, give me an idea. And I'm just like, there, you know, clueless style, Alicia Silverstone going, somebody tell me what to do. Um, but did you guys get that? I just went on my own little visual journey. Any. My other two courses that I have and that are currently already in the back of my mind has got something to do with running low ticket ads for coaches who really don't have much budget.
'cause I'm an expert at this. And also how to get so clear on your messaging, especially for coaches and service providers who have zero engagement. I'm also very good at this and helping my clients get. Massive breakthroughs there. So again, like the ideas are coming to me through really reflecting on all of the conversations and the dms that I get from you.
You know, all of you who are listening into episodes and watching all of my content. And it also comes through forms where, you know, I'm speaking to my clients or I might just be at the beach and then this epiphany comes to me and I'm like, yes, I really feel like that is something that I'm meant to create.
So this is, I wanna share this example with you because I think a lot of us overthink these dings and these pings and these confirmations, and you just sort of write it down. You get all excited about it for all of about a day, and then you don't take any action on it, and then it's gone. It doesn't mean that it's gone forever though.
It just means that it was like. Kind of like a fast track for you, and it's a way that you can take the express train, but if you miss the express train, you're still gonna get to your destination. That's the way I think about it. It's not like, you know, all doom. It just would've gotten you there faster.
So I hope that importantly, this gives you the green light and the permission and the confirmation that when you get these ideas, that it's safe to approach it. In a really fast way, in a way that to others might seem really sort of like, whoa, are you even gonna consider all your options? And you're like, no, because I know it's safe for me to keep moving quickly and confidently.
And it's like I just decided, you know, I'm gonna really six more of these short, high impact courses by March, 2026. That's my goal. And I absolutely believe it's doable and I absolutely believe it's sustainable and it's fun. So. Here's what I want you to walk away with. Like this isn't just me talking about creating things for the sake of it.
There's always a strategy behind it and one that leans into momentum and testing. And diversifying in a really smart way, and diversification is something that I really feel 2025 has opened up for me and all of you listening into this podcast is that we don't need to be stuck in the old model of having to coach only through certain streams of products like, um, standard Mastermind, for example, or a three month one-to-one package.
You can add a product. Like a short course into your digital offer line and make that in eight hours or less, four hours to create it, four hours to package it up. And to me that is a new way of doing things. This is actually probably more evidential of, you know, AI coming into play for us, and so many more tools that make it faster and more simple for us to adapt and create, rather than being stuck in the old ways, which by the way, old ways is like.
20 21, 20 22, and you're just wondering why the mold doesn't fit anymore. Like something as simple as a short course, you are giving your audience more entry points to your world, and you're giving them more possible entry level wins, and that means more people can say yes to something really simple and fast, and they're experiencing something really useful in your world.
And then from there, they build this trust with you and your brand and they go so much further into your world. And yes, they still land in high ticket, so don't worry about that. I think a lot of people, they fear that if they start pricing things at this really accessible level, that they're gonna lose all their high ticket clients.
Lemme just tell you this. I have had students come into my low ticket offers, and I know this because I used to coach them. Maybe years ago inside of different containers when we've stayed touch over time and those students have actually made seven figures. Those students have gone on to make, you know, multiple six figures.
So I'm just, I'm pricing stuff that's really accessible, but it's not cutting out my high ticket audience. Okay. So I know some of you are like sort of, okay, what do I do with this information? I want to share something that I read today which really solidified something like, I swear. When you want confirmations to come, they come in all forms.
Anyway, I got sort of stuck reading this, um, Substack article and it was about, no, it wasn't a Substack article, it was from some random, I'll find it 'cause I know it's still open in a tab somewhere. Anyhow, all right, I found the article. So, according to WPS 100 plus digital product statistics for 2025, it says Digital products created more than us.
$2.5 trillion in value this year, and 68% of internet users aged get this 16 plus paid for some kind of digital content in 2025. Isn't that wild? So by the way, I have a lot of clients who your focus is kids. This is really encouraging, isn't it? So 16 plus. What does that say for the future of education? By the way, it's very interesting.
Now, I wanna put some context around that because this tells me that we are really in an age and a time. Where whatever audience you are serving, they are primed to pay for helpful, actionable content. They want to spend money on digital courses, but are you giving them more well designed, IE quick wins?
That can absolutely help lift where they're at. What challenges that they're facing. If the answer is no and they don't get a quick win from it, because let's face it, we are in a very short attention span economy, and your courses are taking hours and hours and days and weeks to complete. It's not quite hitting the mark and trust me, this is coming from me, the queen of courses that takes months to complete nowadays.
I want you to be able to take a course of mine and finish it in 90 minutes, hopefully or less, but also implement the work. That's what I mean by quick wins, right? But the way I think about it now, and this is like what I'm doing and where it's going, and how I'm organizing my thoughts in a way that's practical.
I've got a couple of rules here. So. As I'm creating more low ticket digital courses and how that's fitting into my entire product strategy is I'm always running it through a bit of a filter. So one is I want it to have a lean, quick win. And how I know that I am doing this is that the course is a literally answering a single question.
So another way that I would phrase this is my courses are single question courses. So each course is designed to answer only one specific question or solve one specific micro problem. So the micro problem, so the micro problem is how do I create a course in one day? I'm not teaching you how to make multiple seven figures in your coaching company.
I mean that like that would be awesome if I could do that in 90 minutes, but. Find that course and then send it to me. Thanks. But it's just one little tiny part of the bigger process. The other course that I have is how do you start a digital product arm to your business, which is cash creator, right? So I'll link all of this in the show notes if you wanna see what that looks like.
The second thing that I run through from a filter perspective is. Does this fit in with some sort of schedule? Now, for those of you that know me quite well, I don't like the word the S word. I don't like schedule. Don't gimme the timetable word either. But I still want to have this sort of broader timeline, like March, 2026, for example, which is six months away from me recording this, and that gives me enough of a runway to still keep me on track to the North start, but I'm not tied down to.
Course date must be released on 26th of October, and then another course has to come out on the 28th of November. Like, ew, I can't do that. But I just want some sort of momentum focus, release schedule, and it gives me this runway to test and to optimize and to keep momentum so that I'm not burning out with just like overthinking, because I really love creating.
This also helps me stay excited and flowing. So right now, in my mind, how this looks is great. We've got a course coming out in September, which by the way, is now available course in a day. This gives me six weeks or so to create my next course by the end of October, which could be the ads course, or it could be the messaging course.
Either way, it's exciting and I wanna see where the signs come through for that. So that's really nice. The third thing that I really wanna run the filter through. Is these courses aren't meant to replace my daily sales strategy. They are actually made to supplement it. So what that means in my mind is that they're like bringing in lots of new buyers.
They're bringing in lots of new trust. They're feeding into my ecosystem. They're helping nurture my leads into high ticket offers over time. But I'm not just focusing my. Entire month launching one course. It goes, it integrates into the daily sales ecosystem. So cash creator, which came out just about two weeks ago, had a massive launch and now it's sitting somewhere in my funnels as an upsell or a bump.
Or once you get to checkout, you'll see another offer pop up there, and it will serve in that way. But I'm not gonna do like a huge two week launch. Leading up to it with wait lists and yada yada, yada. Like, I'm not interested in that. That just feels really messy to me. And that kind of goes to my fourth point around the filter is, you know, I, it is, there is a promotional strategy around it and timing around it, but I also don't put.
A ton of pressure on myself to have these big course numbers anymore, like course launch numbers anymore, like it has to hit a hundred K, or you know, otherwise it's deemed as a failure. I create these courses knowing there's a really, really long runway to what it's gonna help my clients achieve, to what it's gonna help my revenue goals achieve.
Is this hitting home? I know that I'm kind of just like speaking to you, just like we're having a coffee, but it literally just feels like once it's in the system, it's in there and it's generating its thing. It's magic, it's serving people. It's always gonna pay me amazing money. It's always gonna do its work because the courses I make are evergreen.
I'll be able to point to it in two years time and it's still gonna serve in a really, really massive way, and that just feels so exciting. So here are some actionable steps for you. I always wanna keep these episodes concrete. If you want to lean into something like this in your own business, here are some steps that I would take if I were in your shoes to get started.
So, you know how earlier I said I want all of my courses to be single question courses where I am. Literally solving one specific micro problem. So for you, I want you to pick your one specific question that your audience wants answered. So what's the thing that you can teach in 60 minutes that gives a very clear result?
Now remembering you're just answering one question. So it might not even take you 60 minutes. You can have a 30 minute course. My loves, please don't think that you can't have that. And I, you know what? I actually feel like the YouTube community is more onto it than the Instagram community. The reason being is that I've taken courses from YouTube experts before.
Their modules are three to five minutes long. Like I did this one, um, course this last month and it was literally about the system I'm using to fill my courses on, and the guy who runs it is just like, yep, three to five minute, like quick tutorials. And I loved it. I consumed every minute of it. By the time I was done, I just felt so accomplished.
That is psychologically also a really amazing thing that comes from these shorter courses. People feel accomplished and when they feel accomplished with your brand work and with your courses, guess what's gonna happen? I'll give you one guess. Okay? Time's up. They keep buying. Why? Because it makes them feel good.
Or do you wanna take them through a six hour course and transmission and transformation. That they'll never get through, and it might be the most magical work that you've ever done, but unfortunately, most people don't even get close to getting through 30% of your course content Nowadays, like I'm seeing people go through, especially with cash creator, it's had a 76% completion rate.
Now you might be going, that's it. It's really high, guys. Really high for course completion rate. It's crazy. So, you know, anyhow, let me give you some ideas. So a specific question that your audience might want answered is if you are an ads expert, it could be, how do I set up my ads to create an easy low ticket funnel?
Or it could be. If you're an email expert, a VA or an OBM, how to write a compelling welcome email sequence, and that could be your entire course. Okay? If you are an automation specialist, if you're an onboarding specialist, it could be how to use this one tool. To automate your onboarding and it's a 30 minute course.
Okay? So super, super hyper-focused. I have a client of mine who is, she's amazing. She's got a little micro bakery in the UK and she's just, you know, teaching people how to get your starter for your sourdough started. And there's a mini course there. Very simple and very easy. Okay? The second thing I want you to do.
Is to build the course quickly and launch fast. Now you might be like, rubes, that's better. That's easier said than done. Please don't over-engineer it. Use the templates, use the steps, record simply everything that I have put out into course in a day in the link below. It's super, super easy for you to follow and you will get so many insights from my course, course in a day.
So go and grab that right now. But the point is. Speed and clarity over perfection. And I don't want you to do it haphazardly. I want you to do it in a way that's like what I said earlier, you're just putting it into your ecosystem. There is no pressure to put a massive launch behind it. When you make it.
It will answer one question, one key question that your audience has. And because of that, you're giving them a quick win and they'll come back for more. Okay? So do that. And as you're doing this and you're creating your amazing course. Announce it in your content, run some promos to your list, offer it.
You know, you can do like limited time specials, by the way, just to announce it out into the world. But it's honestly, I'll talk about all of that in terms of how you can use your course to put it into a funnel and promote for the next one. So there'll be more on that, and I talk about that so much on this podcast.
You'll never, ever feel like you're just thrown into the deep end. Okay? So if all of this is very interesting to you, I highly recommend you go to course in a day. It's very step by step if you wanna replicate the momentum in your own business. I've really got you covered, and that's the whole reason why I created this mini course.
So I'm pumped. I'm really excited. Okay, so in closing, here's what I wanna make sure that you're walking away with. You can follow that gut instinct. I give you permission to go ahead and do that because often it is the shortcut or the express train that you've been scared to catch. Do it because there is collective momentum now.
And actually, do you know, like September, October, November, if they're fast months. So we're gonna calibrate your business to let's go. You can't be still here this time next year wondering what would you have done? What, how, how different would your business have looked if you had done the damn thing? So this is me going, come on.
Like grab my hand. Like I'm in this with you. We are co-creating with you. Okay? Uh, remembering. That you are launching to put it into the ecosystem. It's much more calm on the nervous system rather than going for massive spiky launches. And by adding these small targeted courses, it's gonna help stabilize and grow your overall revenue ecosystem.
It will lead people to deeper trust. Therefore it will lead people to more high ticket with you because I know a lot of, you're very focused on that. And honestly, it's just gonna help you feel a lot more. Confident seeing those daily sales rolling in. You know, at the start, it might not be daily sales, but if you follow the things that I'm doing here on this podcast, if you follow the course in a day, if you come into my mastermind, the daily sales accelerator, you'll feel so supported in your journey, right?
We no longer need to feel this crazy anxiousness around having an online business. It's never, ever been easier. Okay. So if you've, if you're listening and you've got an idea floating around that you keep telling yourself, I'm gonna make that happen someday. This is just your reminder. Let's go step up, ship fast, aim for clarity over perfection.
Trust that momentum will follow. Thank you so much for listening my love. So I'm excited to hear what you create next. DM me what ideas have come through. This is like your co-working chats. With your business bestie right here. I hope that it's left you with plenty of ideas, but don't let those ideas simmer, like do something about it.
Okay? And, uh, I'm excited to chat to you more about how this is going. This is my six month intention. I'm gonna go now. I'm gonna pour myself a little glass of red. I'm gonna set some intentions for this, uh, next six months, 'cause I think it's an eclipse tonight as well. I'm going to rip up some of my beliefs that I don't wanna take along with me, and then I think I'm just gonna chill and oh, have cuddle time on the couch with my hubby.
Okay. On that note, I love you all so much and I hope you have the most amazing week ahead. Mm, bye. My loves.
