The solo episodes will leave you feeling ready to take inspired action, create your own flow state in business and become even more empowered to live your most authentic and abundant life. A little more about me…A few years ago I decided that I had to scratch the entrepreneurial itch. I quit my job as a tech start-up recruiter and went all in as an online coach. Along with my hubby, we created a global coaching brand, travelled the world as digital nomads with our two kids and in 3 years, grew a multi-million dollar business. It took a lot of trial and error, trying out new strategies and of course daily discipline to get this far so quickly. But after some time, the hustle got tiring. I was frustrated with my lack of progress, feeling caged by my own limiting beliefs. I didn’t want to just create another J-O-B, I desired to experience freedom.
In search of freedom, I turned to the inner work and found modalities like astrology, hypnotherapy, meditation and journaling to find ME again. I discovered ways to re-shape my reality and unlock my hidden strengths - as I became my true, unapologetic self, I rapidly grew my business to 7 figures with ease. Now I incorporate these teachings into my coaching philosophy. I blend energetics with proven business principles to create massive growth for my clients. I’m a top-rated Forbes business coach and LOVE every single day in my business and life. Ready to dive in? Then start bingeing!

Okay, my loves. Let me be straight up with you because I think that's why you've clicked on this episode, why it's landed in your hot little ears. And clearly we need to have chats. And the chat that we're gonna be having today is discussing your habits, discussing the things that keeps you locked onto the goal, even when entrepreneurship gets messy.
Even when it feels really emotionally or spiritually unstable for whatever reason is going on right now in your life. I just wanna remind you that you knew this. You knew getting into business wasn't going to be a straight line, nor does the straight line path even do anything for you, because that's obviously why you've gotten out of working for a nine to five, or why you've opted out for working for somebody else because you knew that this was gonna be.
A life filled with potential. A life filled with unlimited possibilities, but also you knew the risks. In one sense, you knew the challenges that would come alongside this life. This was working on consistent income. This was building up a brand, building up a story, building up connection with people that have no idea who you are on the internet.
And of course that comes with you having to personally stay strong, locked into your goals, locked into the bigger vision. And I know that there are some days like you literally feel like you are on top of the world. Whoever you are on top of the world, person is Cocoa Gal. It could be Taylor Swift, whoever it is, you are feeling like them.
And the next minute you are literally looking at your local job board wondering if you should go back into project management or wherever it was that you were at before. And you are thinking about, maybe I should hit up my old manager. See if they want me back consulting part-time. That's okay. Like that happens.
And when sales are flat or when you are not literally seeing any evidence whatsoever of things working out for you, you can definitely get into this very, very funky, funky moment. And I wanna have a chat to you about that. And I wanna talk about the reason around why I've been able to keep showing up, why I've been able to keep scaling and keep creating because truthfully.
Without building the habits, I don't think that I would still be here. I don't think that I would've been able to really keep on my own pathway and also just keep aiming at the bigger picture no matter what. So I'm gonna share my habits with you, all of them that I could possibly think of that have completely rewired how I move through my business.
I hope that this inspires you to think about your own habits. Where are they uplifting you? Where are they bringing you down? Keeping you flat, keeping you in apathy, and maybe you'll hear of some that might inspire you to re-look at your habits, because being consistent in business is only going to ever be as strong.
As the habits that help you sustain that because habits are the foundation to your abundant energy. Think about every single thing that you're doing, reading, listening to all of those aspects. They play a huge part in terms of how your energy shows up in this world. Okay. It's really no particular order, but I just will discuss as they come to mind, and I'm gonna stay on this microphone until I literally have rung out.
All of my habits, and I'm gonna share everything with you. And what's kept me in multiple seven figure energy through the ups and the downs. And these are really non-negotiables for me. I don't miss them. And I'll also preface this by saying that it's not like I try and do all these habits every single day.
Sometimes they're so ingrained that I don't even realize I'm doing it. And then. It's just not even something that I'm ticking off my list, it's just the way that I operate these days. I mean, isn't that just what a habit is essentially? Uh, and I don't, I'm not mad at myself if I miss a habit a day. Like I would almost think about this as.
What keeps me going week on week, and if there's something that feels off, it's typically because one of these habits has dropped off for the week, and then I realize that and go, oh, okay. That's why. And then when I go back and do it, I feel much more aligned. Okay, so the first habit is daily movement. And I personally don't move my body to stay healthy.
I know that sounds sort of counterintuitive. I mean, I love that that is a product of it, but I actually move to remind myself that I'm not stagnant. I'm not a stagnant human being. I don't sit there and hope for things to happen and hope that I don't feel, you know, a little bit like whatever, less fit that day.
But the way that I think about it is I either go to the gym. Every day, or if I miss a day, then I will go on an extra long walk and I play tennis. So they're kind of like my three main movement activities. And whenever I'm in that daily movement, every step I take, every stretch, every weight lifted. I am physically saying to myself and telling myself and the subconscious mind that groups we're moving forward and.
I actually believe that my body becomes a mirror for my business. So not just physically how I look. 'cause I do love the way I look. I love the way that I feel. I love how toned everything is feeling right now. I also feel that in my business, right? Like so for me, if I can't be consistent with 20 minutes of movement every day, minimum.
I'm asking myself, how the hell am I going to hold the energy of a 20 K launch, for example? You know? So to me, movement is reflective of my business. Okay? The second habit is always setting up flow every single day in a way that is a visual cue. It is a sensory queue. Without these, I don't really know how to enter my flow State highway.
So this is one of those aspects that is more of a, I don't even realize I'm doing it, but I'm doing it type of movement. So I always have a purple light on. Don't ask me why, but it is a visual cue. So I have, you know, those lights that you can get from Target or Amazon and they change colors like they're 20 or $30.
But anyway, I love those. I've got many of those around the house. We have LED lights running down our hallway. I have colored lights in the bedroom. I have colored bulbs that I can control off one app. It is really cool. So I can literally turn the whole house to. A red light at night just because it helps with like, you know, canceling out the blue light and then just having a better sleep and all those things.
So at like eight 30 at night, all of our lights turn red. You can always tell which one is our house. 'cause you drive past it and it's like, oh there's the red house. I dunno what our neighbors are thinking. But anyhow, that's just how it is. But when I'm entering the flow State Highway, I turn on the purple light.
I also always have a bougie candle and I light that. And my space is clear. So my office space is clear. I don't have clutter around. I am generally a very obsessively neat person. I like to have neat areas everywhere, so I don't really have a lot of things either. I'm very much a minimalist. So anyhow, I keep the energy clear.
And these aren't necessarily to set up, you know, like the vibes, although the vibes are cool. It's more like. Signals. So I'm literally programming my nervous system to enter flow, and most people really underestimate this, right? Most people, you know, open the laptop and just start typing and then start working off their to-do list.
They treat their desk sort of like a dumping ground of notes and things that they need to do, and they wonder why their brain feels really cluttered. Like even if you are a planner and you have, you know, a whiteboard or many post-it notes going around, or I don't know, different flow charts drawn out, and your whole business plan literally always in front of you that can feel really cluttered.
So if this is something that you are thinking of now of like, why can't I focus? Just take a look around your main primary working area, and it doesn't matter even if you're at a cafe or wherever it is that you mostly set up. Does it feel like a place where your nervous system can enter flow and does it feel cluttery?
Because if so, you can actually set up your flow cues and. You can do this through also audio. You can enter a state of flow through audio cues. You guys love my 90 minute audio flow track, which I'll leave link below. It has literally sold thousands and thousands of times, and I get messages weekly. On this flow track helping you literally turn on the flow state button and then you are in the deep work as soon as you hear my voice, which is so cool.
Um, but yeah, anyhow, set up your flow cues and your body will start to crave creation the same way that it would like, I don't know, like crave, crave coffee in the morning. You know, it's this sense of I need this in order to really get started. And yeah, it's kind of cool that. You know, you could do this anywhere, but it is just literally setting up this like sense of, cool, I'm in the warmup now and you're an athlete and you are literally about to take off on a race, and you've got your rituals to get your body in that state of like, I'm gonna fly in this, I'm gonna be in my most competitive state.
I'm gonna be in peak flow state. That's really what this habit is all about. Okay, we're up to habit three. The third habit, you've heard me talk about this so much, so I'm not gonna go. Into much detail here. So many other podcast episodes, I discuss this, but I have a habit, which I'm gonna call time blocks as quantum portals.
And this is when I discuss my 25 minutes, which is for shallow work and my 90 minutes for deep work. And I know what tasks sits in each of those time blocks. So I typically have one or two 90 minute deep work sessions a day. 2 25 minute sessions a day, and that's all I do in order to make anywhere between $500 a day and $5,000 a day, which is just so cool to me, how little time I need to achieve my financial goals.
And the reason why this works is because it's not just about the hours that you sit at a desk or the amount of screen time you have, this is about the time that you collapse into those minutes. The way that I reframe this is if 25 minutes of pure flow can help me. Change my business trajectory for months and months.
It's not just a Pomodoro technique, it's not just a 25 minute time block or a timer that I'm putting on unnecessarily. This 25 minutes is building up the small steps, because you've gotta remember, a quantum leap is just literally daily action. It's what we're talking about. It's daily habits. Your quantum leap comes from the everyday 1% shifts that you're making.
So if a 25 minute block is contributing to my bigger picture vision, and I'm able to collapse that goal down into small tasks, then essentially my task or the vision or the focus point that I have gets to me quicker. So if I'm dragging out my task for six hours, I don't believe in working harder that way.
In fact, it literally feels like. I am literally stretching my future further away from me. So I like to think of it like, I can get this done in 90 minutes. I can get this done in 25 minutes of shallow work. And then there's like bigger, chunky blocks. Like in the last episode I talked about how I created a course in a day in four hours.
That to me, felt like a huge quantum leap, right? Like one day, a four hour block creating a course, which then hit over five figures in sales. I mean, that is absolutely incredible to me. I don't know about you, but that time work is so powerful and I'm all about quantum productivity. Okay, the fourth habit is kind of off the back of the quantum time leap that I just spoke about my workday rhythm.
Not enough of, you know what is really serving you in terms of your workday. I'll, I'll share with you what my workday is. So I have the most amount of productivity between 9:30 AM and 12 noon because I've just dropped off my son at school and then 12 noon because I get hungry. So in that time, I might be having my 90 minute block, I might be setting up my flow state, highway, all those things, and getting really good things done.
Then what I've noticed. Is, oh my gosh, as I'm recording right now, it's 11:11 AM I love it. My next time block is typically between two and 3:00 PM so again, just before I pick my son up from school, I have this like, oh, this is really exciting, and that's where my shallow work, 25 minutes sits. After that, I typically have another 25 minute block between 4:00 PM and five 30.
I'll tell you why, because I am usually dropping my son off at something sporty. He's doing so much extracurricular right now, and I'm typically kind of either dropping him off and going to a cafe or dropping him off and sitting in the car and doing like my car office hours. So that's where that is. And then I have another 90 minute block on typically Monday to Wednesday.
Between 6:30 PM just after dinner and 8:00 PM and I just have so much juicy nighttime work that comes out. A lot of creativity comes out then the rest of my time. So I have like chunks of my day where it is living life, hanging out with my entrepreneurial friends, going for long lunches, ocean swims, all of that.
Now people think success. Typically grinding from 9:00 AM until sometimes 9:00 PM That's it's entrepreneurship narrative 1 0 1. You know, like work and grind all the way through. I personally think success after having learned so much about flow state after learning so much about entering the flow highway.
That you can be so locked into your highest frequency that you can make six figures in two focused hours and then you can spend the rest of the afternoon living your actual life. Right? So, you know, I had to have a really good discussion with some of my clients and I had to say to them, do you know what my love's?
Like if you are still. Cosplaying as an employee in your own business, and you are stuck to the clock because you think that's professional and you think that that's what equals success. Please just stop and take a look around when you are most productive. You did not quit your job to build yourself another cubicle.
You did not exit the way of doing things that, I guess a lot of everyday mindset. Work is like, Hey, this is when we're supposed to be most productive, which by the way, came from the industrial revolution. Wild, and we're still here in 2025 operating from that same mindset. So I really want you to have a think about what are some ways that I can work towards my workday rhythm that expands me rather than keeps you feeling stuck right around.
I have to do it this way. My fifth habit is energy clearing and resetting my energy and like the rituals around that. I definitely don't push through heaviness. So this is specifically for those of you that are feeling really heavy around money or feeling really heavy around clients, and I know that again, our natural way of thinking is right.
We just need to work a lot harder, put out a lot more content, put out a lot more freebies, get to more networking events, send more emails, push through the heaviness, and that's what's gonna be the answer. But I know that that's just not working for you. It might've worked once or twice. In the long run, it's burning you out.
So the way that I think about this habit is if I'm feeling really heavy energy in my business, I don't push through that. Instead I reset it. So I reset it through. My favorites are definitely journaling. Secondly, EFT tapping, and third is going to some sort of somatic. Body work experience such as kinesiology or hypnotherapy or breath work, you know, something that will just reset my entire system so that it literally clears out the heaviness without having to push through it and have the effort to push through it.
And I've just learned over the years, I've been a coach now for seven years, I've coached thousands and thousands of people when I shift my energy first, the strategy that felt really impossible 10 minutes ago. Yesterday, whatever it is, suddenly becomes so obvious. Like this morning, to be honest with you, I woke up and I'm like, oh, I don't actually know what I'm gonna be doing this week.
I don't know what I'm gonna be selling this week. I dunno what I wanna focus on. So today I actually went to the gym first thing. And as I'm at the gym getting my 20 minimum daily movement, all these ideas came flooded in. I don't know if you guys feel that as well, like when you're on walks and stuff, but that is when I feel most connected with my guides.
That is when I can see my future self really clearly. That is when I can have really clear conversations with myself and chat GPT. I know you guys are using chat as mentors, like I get that, but you know, that's when I can really plug in and go, okay, energy first, strategy second. Every single time. It works every single time.
So if you do not know how to clear your own energy, that is something that you can dive into today and you can learn that because I'm gonna guess that if you do not know how to clear your own energy, you are either hanging onto it for days and days, weeks and weeks, and it's gonna come out in you being, I don't know, frustrated or maybe, hopefully not.
But like you get, you catch a random cold, your throat gets sore, you can't sleep properly at night. It comes out physically in some way. The other way that you're probably expressing it is by amplifying it through complaining. So you're complaining to your husband, you're complaining to your dog, you're complaining to your neighbor's, sister's, cousin's best friend, and you're like, who the hell am I?
Why am I complaining about all this? Rather than taking action, let this be a really big light shine on where you are spending your energy and how you are clearing the heaviness around it. Let's talk about money. So I think we're up to number six. So the financial focus that I have in my business is so razor sharp, can't even tell you guys nothing.
This year has moved me away from this very clear, very certain part of me where everything I've set up this year with my daily sales and the daily sales accelerator, and where my brand and my business is going, and the money that's coming through. The daily sales and the signups. Like I said, I make a minimum of $500 US every day, and that to me feels so much more abundant than 100 K month sporadically.
It just feels so nice. And now our top end average is moving up to $5,000 a day. That is so cool to me. Like I can see the results literally playing out in real time. And the reason why I have a habit around this is because, and this one's really huge. I have these habits, right? Like I check my stripe accounts, I do my manifesting math.
So that's like things like if I sell 10 $47 courses, which includes, you know, eight people taking up a $147 upsell, and I did this every single day, how much would this funnel be making me at the end of the year, like manifesting maths? It's just so cool and I run my numbers. I do this not to feel behind, but I do this to actually fold time and to pull myself forward.
It feels like a slingshot and that works for me. I see those numbers and I see how the funnels are playing out, and I see that how one small $27 funnel becomes $150,000 a year passively, and if I set 10 of those up, there's my million dollars. That to me, just feels like ding. Because when I look at my numbers, I'm not tracking them.
I'm creating them. I'm not thinking I'm not there yet. Instead, I'm collapsing time between where I am now and where I'm going. And that awareness does not keep me small. It expands me. And it actually, like I said, it slingshots me. Into the next level that I wanna get to, and that's why this entire year I've been able to shift my model so fast, so swiftly, so effortlessly.
My income has been more than ever. My profit levels are so high I can't even explain, except the fact that when I think about my finances. The energy I put around it and the habits I build around it, like checking my stripe and doing my manifesting maths and calling in all of the abundance with ease and simplicity.
This is the work behind seeing the end result is something so beautiful and something so huge there. Right. Okay. My I'll, I'll end with this one. I think this is, this is one that a lot of us forget to do and it is. Definitely a habit of mine. I cannot tell you guys like how many times a day I visualize my future and sometimes the future is tomorrow.
Sometimes the future is end of the day. So I wanna just offer that up to you as well, because sometimes that big picture shit, like 30 years time, I can't do that. Like it's just, who knows? I move so fast, I move so quickly. I changed my mind so often. That to me, manifesting my future for tomorrow is all G like, I'm happy with that.
It's all good. So in this habit, like where I practice this is, you know, when I'm making my coffee, when I'm staring at the ocean, having a tea break when I'm driving, I love it when I'm driving, when I'm in the shower, when I'm cooking, when I'm. Doing everyday things, watering my plants. Okay. So it's not like I have to sage the whole house in order to see my vision.
It's just this belief in me. I saturate myself in it. My flow compass, everything about it. My morning rituals. It's just everything that I live in. My whole everyday living experience is a constant reminder of the life that I'm already living in the future. Does that make sense? So everything that I'm calling in is already a part of my life today.
And I know that this is like, ugh. Like what? What did you just say? So let's say your goal is to become a really wealthy woman, and it might not be, I don't know, billionaire, wealthy. It could just be I never have to worry about what I buy wealthy. How much money I spend on organic food, wealthy, you know, I could buy $400 worth of my favorite brand, skincare brand or whatever, and not have to worry about it like that kind of wealthy, you know?
And I love that. So if that's where you wanna be right now, today, I am not saying go and buy stuff, but it's like, what would you be experiencing? Well, for me, like a really major thing is sparkling water. Like the wealthy version of me would always have sparkling water around, and I would drink it out of a beautiful glass and I would have a slice of lemon in there and crushed ice.
And that's just me living that every day. If a wealthy version of me wouldn't worry about buying seven vases of beautiful flowers in my house today, I'm just gonna go to my garden and see, you know what's ready. And I could just snip some of those and put them in a vase. And that just makes me feel so wealthy.
Right. Your vision is not a dream board that you stick in on your cork board in front of you, wondering why, even though you're seeing it and it's a meter away for you, why you feel like it's an eternity way, if you are not running on it every day, if you are not believing that it's your default mode every day, then it will constantly be a fear that you'll never get there.
So why not make it a habit? This flow that you experience day or day, day on day in some way. Okay, so please have a look at your habits today. Every sale you make, no matter how small is celebrated, right? Every time you show up on social media, you tell yourself it's a privilege I'm watching the US Open at, at the moment, there is a quote that is often said that all the players.
Who made it to the US Open is that pressure is a privilege. And the way that I interpret that is this pressure we put on ourselves around getting to our life goal, getting to our business goal, getting to our income goals. It's a privilege to show up and to be in that sense of, wow, like I'm a creator and I get to make this and it's unshakeable because I'm already in it.
And maybe like, this is what lots of you don't wanna hear, but you need to hear it. If you are only living for the big wins, but you're not creating habits to back that, you'll feel like a failure 95% of the time. And I hate seeing this for my clients, and it makes me honestly really sad. For those of you who are constantly feeling like failures, it's not spoken about enough that the way you start to feel like a winner is through your daily habits.
Go and read James Clear's books if you need to. Like go and read Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Joe Dispenza. There are so many amazing resources out there, and they're just the two that have come to mind, but celebrate every day as your success. That's how you expand my loves. Your nervous system will also really adjust to that because you're not just holding onto like the big serotonin.
Endorphin driven wins. You are actually just loving being in these everyday macro moments that make you literally a millionaire. Okay, so here's what I want you to take away today. The habits aren't just about discipline. These are quantum levers. They are levels and levels. You move through minute by minute, and the way that you rewire how you relate to time and money, energy and habits builds the vision.
The ups and the downs will never stop. I have studied entrepreneurship. I have watched so many incredible entrepreneurs at all levels. Obviously the clients I work with right at the beginning of their journey, right through to mentors, teachers, people that I've never spoken to or met, but I read their books and I'm in their world and I just know like they're so vulnerable about their journey.
But what keeps 'em really focused is that they have habits that work for them. If the lows don't necessarily derail them, sure, it might stop them for a little bit. They might need to take a three month break. It's not derailing them at all. The highs don't distract you either. You know, you're not just like, woo, oh my God, like I got featured in the media, blah, blah, blah.
It's like, oh, that's really nice. It's more just neutral, you know? You stay on the path. You knew it was already coming for you. You celebrate that, but you don't live for it. Instead, thinking about this, this is actually really important. I'm not living for the highest of highs I'm living. How are you living every day?
Every day you're calling in something beautiful. In this minute, go and do something. Go and check your habits. Check the way that you're seeing yourself. Check the way that you're looking at your life and pick one habit maybe from my list or have a look at other habits like ask chat, GPT. What are some really positive habits I can get into?
Light that candle move for 20 minutes, create 25 minute blocks. It will feel small. I also wanna say this, but in hindsight, this is like, uh, the scaffolding of building this huge empire. Okay? So I love you so much. I know that you're going to reflect on this as you always do. Come back to me with any thoughts that you have.
Go and check out the flow track. I'm actually gonna pop a bundle in for you so you can grab the 25 minute flow track and the 90 minute flow track. Listen to both of those in your subsequent shallow work and deep work timeframes. It's gonna make a huge difference. You might just wanna start there. Okay.
Love you so much. I hope you enjoyed this episode. Less on the strategy side, more on the energy and flow side, which we definitely need more of. That's the under the iceberg work, right? And, um, yeah. Have an amazing rest of your week. Go and binge on all of the other episodes now. Sending you so much love and big kisses.
May you have the most flowy day ahead.
